Regie führte die junge finnische Filmemacherin Anna Äärelä, die 2017 ihren Abschluss an der Aalto University of Arts, Design, and Architecture in Helsinnki machte. Anna Äärelä ist langjährige, kreative Wegbegleiterin der Band. Sie gestaltete bereits zahlreiche Cover, Booklets und Poster für Sunrise Avenue und Niila, machte Pressefotos und begleitete die Band auf Tour. 2017 fotografiert sie Sunrise Avenue, kreiert sie das Artwork des Albums “Heartbreak Century” und gibt mit “I Help You Love Me” ihr Regiedebüt.
